The MTLHL is the fastest-growing adult ice hockey league in the West Island of Montreal. We offer two competitive seasons annually. Winter and Summer, featuring multiple divisions tailored to different skill levels, ensuring balanced and enjoyable competition for all players.

All participants agree to the league’s terms and conditions and compete under the official Hockey Canada Rule Book, promoting a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all.
